I’m an international HR Professional based in London, UK. Born and raised in Germany, I moved to London in 2018 for love and have been happily married to my wonderful wife ever since. With over 7 years in HR, I am passionate about fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment.

My career has always been driven by a love for video games and all things tech, and I am dedicated to continuing my journey in this vibrant industry. I pride myself on being highly approachable and people-focused, always striving to support and enhance the employee experience in every company I work with.

My Professional Journey

My HR journey began in Germany, where I built a strong foundation in core HR functions. As an intern at Vodafone, I learned the fundamentals of recruitment, before expanding my expertise into HR operations, employee relations, and labor law as an HR Assistant with a major DIY retailer, toom Baumarkt. This experience prepared me for my relocation to the UK, where I've since focused on strategic business partnering within the vibrant tech and gaming industries.

My career accelerated at Gilead Sciences and Peloton, where I supported over 1,000 employees and progressed from building HR frameworks to advising leaders as a People Generalist. At Activision Blizzard, I advanced to HR Business Partner, leading high-impact initiatives, championing D&I through my leadership of the EMEA Disability network, and playing a key role in the HR integration during the landmark acquisition by Microsoft.

In my current role as a People & Culture Business Partner at Teads, I partner with the global Commercial department, guiding Senior Leadership on aligning their people strategy with core business goals, coaching them through organizational challenges, and driving a scalable, high-performance culture across international teams.

Bridging Cultures, Building Teams

As a German now living in London, UK, my life has been enriched by a tapestry of diverse cultural experiences. During my studies, I had the incredible opportunity to spend half a year in Hong Kong. It was there that I met my wife, a native of Shanghai, marking the beginning of a lifelong journey of cultural exchange and personal growth. Frequent visits to China to see my wife's family have deepened my understanding and appreciation of Chinese traditions and ways of life.

Living in the UK, I've had the privilege of working in incredibly multicultural environments, which has broadened my perspectives and honed my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Each role I've taken on has reinforced the importance of empathy, communication, and cultural sensitivity in fostering a positive and productive workplace.

As an HR Business Partner, I blend my commercial acumen with a strong focus on people. I understand the strategic aspects of my role, but my true passion lies in supporting and uplifting the individuals I work with.
