Hi, I'm Reimund — an international HR professional based in London. Born and raised in Germany, I moved here in 2018 for love, and I've been happily married ever since. Nine years in HR, a lifelong passion for video games and tech, and one guiding belief: work should feel human — approachable, inclusive, and built around the people who do it.
A few of the places that shaped how I think about people and work — from global gaming and tech to retail and life sciences.

Less a career ladder, more a story in three chapters — from learning the craft in Germany to shaping global people strategy from London.
My HR journey began in Germany, where I built a strong foundation in the craft: learning recruitment fundamentals as an intern at Vodafone, then going deep into HR operations, employee relations and labour law at toom Baumarkt — people processes at the scale of 14,000 employees.
Relocating to the UK, my career accelerated in tech and gaming. I supported 1,000+ employees across Europe at Gilead Sciences, built Peloton's German HR environment from the ground up, then advanced to HR Business Partner at Activision Blizzard — leading the EMEA Disability Network and playing a key role in the people side of the landmark Microsoft acquisition.
As People & Culture Business Partner at Teads, I partner with the global Commercial department — guiding senior leaders on aligning people strategy with business goals, coaching them through organisational challenges, and building a scalable, high-performance culture across international teams.
23 countries across four regions — every point of light a place where I've partnered with HR people on the ground.

Some careers follow a straight line; mine follows an orbit. A German in London, married to a Shanghai native I met during a semester in Hong Kong — my life runs on cultural exchange, and so does my work. Empathy, communication and cultural sensitivity aren't soft skills to me; they're the operating system of every great team I've helped build.
Born and raised in Germany, home in the UK since 2018. Two working cultures, one lesson: trust travels further than process.
A study semester in Hong Kong changed everything — it's where I met my wife. Frequent visits to her family in Shanghai keep my view of work and life genuinely global.
As an HR Business Partner I speak the language of strategy fluently — but my true passion is the people behind the plan, and making sure every one of them feels valued.
